Honey-coated hazelnut pestil roll is made by spreading hazelnut paste on thin mulberry pestil and rolling it up.
The surface is then coated with honey and rolled in chopped hazelnuts. It contains plenty of hazelnuts both inside and out.
The honey adds extra sweetness.
