Darkening of the skin of the elbow and knee may be the result of the accumulation of dead skin cells and dehydration in these areas, and may cause insufficient care for them.

There are several natural ways that you can use to get rid of darkening of the elbow and knee skin:

1. Exfoliate the skin :

Use a natural exfoliator to regularly exfoliate your elbow and knee skin.

You can use scrubs that contain natural ingredients such as sugar, coconut oil, or almond oil.

Gently massage in circular motions to remove dead cells and impurities.



2. Lemon oil and sugar :

Mix an amount of sugar with lemon juice until you get a paste.

Apply this mixture to the elbow and knee skin and gently massage for a few minutes, then rinse it with lukewarm water.



3. Yogurt and lemon juice :

Mix a tablespoon of natural yogurt with the juice of half a lemon.

Apply the mixture on the elbow and knee and leave it for 15-20 minutes before washing it off with lukewarm water.



4. Coconut oil :

Massage the elbow and knee skin with natural coconut oil before bed and leave it on the skin all night.

Wash the skin in the morning with lukewarm water.



5. Aloe Vera :

Apply this gel to your elbow and knee and leave it on for 20-30 minutes before washing it off with lukewarm water.
