What is Date Molasses?

Special Date Molasses is a premium molasses made from dates grown in the arid climate of Arabia. It is known for its delicious taste, ability to keep you full, and benefits such as increasing milk production. It is prepared in vacuum pans at temperatures below 70°C to obtain a rich, thick consistency.

The production techniques may slightly vary depending on the fruit used. High-quality date molasses is produced in compliance with the Turkish Food Codex, following hygienic procedures for preparation, processing, storage, and transportation, ensuring it reaches consumers safely.

AksuVital Special Molasses series is especially rich in content and has a thick texture. It is produced according to the Turkish Food Codex with a Brix value of 80%, indicating the correct concentration level.

Contains no additives or preservatives.
