What is And?z Molasses?

AksuVital And?z Molasses is a premium molasses obtained using a vacuum pan system at temperatures below 70°C. And?z molasses is produced from the fruits of pine trees that grow at high altitudes, which are processed into this rich, thick molasses.

Production techniques may slightly vary depending on the fruit used. AksuVital Molasses series is produced in compliance with the Turkish Food Codex with a Brix value of 80%, ensuring the correct concentration. It is produced hygienically and according to proper techniques from preparation to processing, storage, and transportation.
