What is Mulberry Molasses?

AksuVital Mulberry Molasses is made from mulberries mostly grown in Malatya, as well as Erzincan, Erzurum, Elaz??, and Ad?yaman regions. The berries are carefully harvested and transformed into molasses using a vacuum pan system at temperatures below 70°C.

Production methods may slightly vary depending on the type of fruit used. High-quality mulberry molasses is prepared from freshly picked mulberries according to the Turkish Food Codex, ensuring hygienic production, processing, storage, and transportation to the consumer.

Mulberries are naturally rich in vitamin C, and AksuVital preserves this nutritional value in the molasses.
