Genmaicha is one of the most popular green teas in Japan. It is made by blending green tea leaves with roasted brown rice, giving it a unique flavor and aroma. During roasting, some rice grains pop, resembling popcorn, which adds a subtle nutty flavor to the tea.

This tea is perfect for those who seek a different taste from classic green tea. Its roasted rice balances the light herbal notes of green tea, making it enjoyable even for those who find traditional green tea too mild. Matcha can also be added upon request for an extra boost of flavor and antioxidants.
