WHAT IS RAW HONEY?

Honey contains all the substances necessary for nutrition, development, metabolic activity, and a healthy life. Therefore, it is a suitable and beneficial food for adults, children, teenagers, athletes, and those who do heavy work. Honey has a rich chemical composition. It naturally contains various proteins, amino acids, various vitamins: B vitamins, vitamin C, niacin, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, and various minerals: calcium (Ca), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), magnesium (Mn), phosphorus (P), and zinc (Zn). It also contains phenolic compounds, inhibin (which has antibiotic functions), and micronutrients (rare nutrients). Bees carry loads over 120-150 thousand hectares to produce 1 kg of honey. They fly 50,000 kilometers, which is equivalent to circling the Earth 1.25 times.

Flower honey, which can be used for nutrition, care, and treatment purposes at every stage of life, is a very special, nutritious, healthy, and beneficial food thanks to its high carbohydrate content, energy-giving properties, and phenolic compounds, vitamins, minerals, and other important active ingredients.

Aksubal is a specially produced, high-altitude honey harvested from the healthiest beehives in the Eastern Anatolia Region. It is analyzed in state-of-the-art laboratories before being delivered to the consumer.

Commercial pasteurization and filtration processes kill beneficial microorganisms and enzymes in honey, eliminate crystallization (commonly known as sugaring), and separate pollen. SUGGESTIONS FOR CONSUMPTION OF RAW HONEY/STRAINED FLOWER HONEY:
It is recommended that adults take two tablespoons each. To use it as a honey mask, mix one egg with one tablespoon of honey and apply to sensitive skin. It should be rinsed off with lukewarm water after approximately 20 minutes.

 Honey should not be given to babies under 1 year old or those allergic to bee products.

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life : To maintain product quality, store at room temperature of 20-25°C, away from heat, light, and moisture. Do not purchase products with a broken seal. Shelf life: 2 years.
