SHEA OIL USAGE RECOMMENDATION

It can be used in skin care by massaging externally. It helps nourish and moisturize the skin.

If used for hair, warm it slightly and massage into the scalp, leave it for a while, then rinse off in the shower. It nourishes hair and helps it grow healthily.

It can also be applied in cases such as cracked heels and dry elbows. It can be applied to hardened calluses, and its effect will be seen with regular use.
