What is Mulberry Molasses?

AksuVital Special Mulberry Molasses is made from mulberries grown mainly in Malatya, Erzincan, Erzurum, Elaz??, and Ad?yaman. The mulberries are carefully collected and processed in vacuum pans at temperatures below 70°C to preserve their natural nutrients. This premium molasses is rich, thick, and produced according to the Turkish Food Codex with a Brix level of 80%.
