It is an annual or biennial herbaceous plant, 30-80 cm in height, and hairless. ST. JOHN'S WORT CAPSULE USAGE RECOMMENDATION

For adults over 11 years old, it is recommended to take one capsule twice a day, preferably before or after meals.

Warning: It is not recommended to use with antidepressant medications. Fair-skinned individuals are advised to use high SPF sunscreen on days they will be sunbathing while using St. John's Wort. Pregnant and breastfeeding women are advised to consult a doctor before use.
