What is Sustenium Triple Action CoQ-10?
It is a multivitamin product that regulates vitamin and mineral release in 3 different stages with its 3-layer technology. Its formula contains many vitamins and minerals that meet the daily requirement. It is also supplemented with coenzyme Q10 and resveratrol.
Distribution of components in the layers:
- Layer 1 (within the first 45 minutes): B1, B2, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, folate, B12, coenzyme Q10, magnesium, calcium
- Layer 2 (45 minutes to 8 hours): iron, calcium, iodine, copper, zinc, selenium, chromium, manganese, resveratrol, molybdenum
- Layer 3 (slow release after 8 hours): vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, biotin, and calcium
