What is Newvit Vitamin D3 K2?

It is a dietary supplement containing 25 mcg of vitamin D3 and 25 mcg of vitamin K2 in its formula. It has the content of MK-7 (menaquinone-7), the natural form of vitamin K2. Extra virgin olive oil has been added to its formula to increase absorption.

Functions of the active ingredients in Newvit Vitamin D3 K2:

Vitamin D:

Contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, muscle function, and teeth,
Contributes to normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus,
Contributes to normal blood calcium levels.
Reduces the risk of posture-related issues due to muscle weakness in individuals over 60 years of age.

Posture disorder is a risk factor for bone fractures in women and men aged 60 and over.(*)

(*)The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20 µg of vitamin D from all sources.

Vitamin K2:

Contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal blood clotting.
