Lemon balm is a member of the mint family and it is one of the perennial herbaceous plants that survive for decades and it has a square stem and produces white and crimson flowers and the fruit of lemon balm contains four seeds and reaches a length of about 70-150 cm. Its original home is the Mediterranean basin and western Asia.

Lemon balm is known by various other names such as lemon balm honey balm and bee balm. Its name is closely related to bees and honey to the Greeks who believed there was a strong relationship between them due to the plant’s strong ability to attract bees hence its name as lemon balm which means bee in Greek

As for its name with lemon balm this is attributed to its pleasant smell that resembles the smell of lemon and that distinctive flavor and aroma is due to a number of chemical compounds that are included in the composition of its essential oil in a large proportion such as citral and citronellal

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) contains the most important active ingredients in its roots and rhizomes. Valerian plant, containing magnesium and phosphorus, has many compounds identified within it.

St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) has been recognized as a valuable herbal medicine for over 2000 years.

RLX CAPSULE USAGE RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended for adults over 11 years old to take 1 capsule three times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.
