Natural Lemon Herbal Tea (Tulsi Marigold Lemon) - Tea
Tulsi is a traditional herbal tea Ayurvedic tea that is considered sacred in India and is often drunk before meditation.
It has an inherent aroma and does not use flavorings. You can drink ayurvedic tea hot or you can prepare it by cold brewing and drinking it iced.
Recommendations:
- It is very easy to make your own cold tea at home in its most natural and additive-free form.
- All you have to do is add the required amount of tea to your drinking water at room temperature (you can find out how much tea you should use below in the Brewing Conditions and descriptions on the product) put it in the fridge and wait for 6-10 hours.
- Then you can take it out add ice and drink it.
- At the end of the 6-10 hour period it is important to remove the tea leaves from the water to stop fermentation and prevent the taste from being bitter.
- After removing the tea leaves from the water you can store the cold tea in the refrigerator for up to two days.

Ideal Preparation Conditions:
- It is recommended to steep 1-2 teaspoons of Tulsi tea in about 250ml of water at 90°C-100°C for 4-5 minutes.
