How to prepare oolong tea:

• This tea is suitable for those with sensitive tastes because they will find the big difference between it and regular tea
• The temperature of the water that will be used during brewing is lower than that of ordinary tea brewing.
• Brewing with 100-degree water will cause some of the subtle flavors to disappear.
• Therefore it is recommended to soak it in water at a temperature of about 85 degrees for an average of 4 minutes.
• In addition the quality of the water used is very important.
• We highly recommend using drinking water instead of tap water that contains chlorine and similar substances.
• Since the amount of dissolved oxygen in the boiling water decreases repeatedly the taste you will get from the tea will decrease.
• Therefore using fresh drinking water that has not been boiled before will increase the taste of oolong tea even more.

Preparation suggestions:

• It is recommended to add 1 teaspoon to 250ml of water at 85°C - 95°C and soak for 3-5 minutes.
• The same tea can be brewed twice.
